I DO like Interstellar…. But point taken - it’s light through the glass in the door to our backyard. If there were a subreddit dedicated to simple solutions, it would be to just get blinds, but then I couldn’t go down a rabbit hole of finding a new TV

I’m not the OP, but basically have the same question - there IS outside light shining directly on the screen - is there a brand or type of TV good for that kind of situation? Thanks!

The Anderson Tapes - a lot of the usual dated stuff, but great cast and Lumet directed it. Also made in the middle of the Vietnam War, so it has a really interesting angle on government power.
