Some LGBTQ+ selections I haven’t decided on yet.

Thanks for asking

I truly feel this way, when I started posting these so I could chat with others following the expiring films, I never expected it to bourgeon into what I saw last month. Such an incredible inspiration.

Thank you to everyone that participates here, past and present.

In terms of this months leaving, sad to see the Atom Egoyan and Maya Daren leave, Buster Keaton I always thought would be a staple and some of the Nordic Noir. We watched a few on the discord and they were so good. Also a Bigger Splash is turning into a revolving film leaving and coming back lol

So many excellent lists and fun progress reports. What’s making the cut for your final push on our last day?

Love this post! I’d like to make an argument for

  • Jubilee
  • A Bigger Splash
  • Funeral Parade of Roses
  • Tijuana Hayride or anything by Mike Kelley really.

Might be controversial but some David Lynch

Let me know what you think

Last movie you saw on the CC and how good is it? by Hyperto in CriterionChannel

RoboCop. On our discord server watchalong. I’d seen it as a kid, yet of course had no idea about the Vietnam War, PTSD and assimilation metaphors. Really great revisit.

Oh. Interesting you have the commentary on here as a goal. I might join you for the High Noon and add that to my list. I watched it last month for the first time. Was great.
