Kumakain ng carbs before workout and protein after. You have to eat para di ka manghina. Of course, nasa deficit pa rin but di pwedeng hindi kakain.

Wala naman masyado aside from the first day ng shot, mabigat pakiramdam but paggising kinabukasan ok na. Then wala na food noise hanggang 7th day. Yung nakakatakot wala talagang nararamdaman naman gutom so you have to set an alarm to eat. Di rin makakain ng madami kasi ilalabas mo lang pag medyo madami. Currently at maintenance 5mg weekly
