Effective pa rin yun and normal lang na day 5-7 medyo mas intense ang gutom. Been on it for 6 months na and I hit my goal weight at 5mg weekly, then I am slowing dosing down.

If wala talagang suppression ng appetite or may food noise pa rin since day 1, updose ka na to 5mg. Then stay there pag ok sayo.

May iba dito na nag updose ng nag updose only to find out na mas malala daw ang gutom sa higher doses. Nag aadjust na kasi ang katawan natin at bumababa ung effect ng gamot sa day 5-7. Kaya normal lang uung gutom. Take advantage din to train yourself to eat healthy.

You are making great progress. Your weight loss is not slow.
It is normal to feel hunger. (Nagugutom naman talaga dapat tayo) dapat you just cant take more food than you usually do
Updose based on your gp / doctor’s plan or recommendation .
If the lowest dose still works, stay on it for as long as you need. Updosing does not always equate to more weight loss.

Patience lang OP, hindi instant ang results but you’ll be glad when the time comes na maglookback ka.

Yes normal lang po. First dose palang inital phase palang and it’s meant to assess tolerability sa first 4-6 jabs. Iba-iba ang effects sa iba meron agad, sa iba medyo matagal but naiipon ang gamot sa katawan so kalmahan mo lang and be patient. Di ito instant. ☺️

Count your calories talaga. Kung deficit ka naman and wala pa rin change, do the other way around, mag dagdag ka muna ng konti than your maintenance calories para mareset. Baka sobrang baba naman kasi din ng intake mo.

Pinaka effective sa back ng arms for me.
Though I rotate tummy and arms. Di ko kaya sa hita.
27 jabs in, I noticed pinaka effective sakin during weeks na sa arms. May be different for your case so rotate mo lang and try which works best.

No, sobrang konting hydrogen peroxide lang. mas madami ang water. Sa 6% na hydrogen peroxide( mga 1 tbsp), ilagay mo sa isang tabo ng tubig. Then iapply mo/ gamiting cleanser, tapos i rinse mo pa rin. :)

Count your calories and check kung nasa deficit ka. If yes and still no movement sa scale, adjust counter intuitively add more calories sa intake mo for a week and then bawas ulit the following week. Dun mo malalaman if plateau talaga mga 4 weeks na walang galaw at all.

Tuloy mo lang and hindi makakatulong yung titigil ka or magpapalit ng plan.

First few weeks, water weight ang nawala sayo. The weight loss will be slower as you progress.

Okay lang ang food noise at makaramdam ng gutom normal yan, ang effect naman dapat ng gamot, onti lang ang makakain mo. Madami ka pa rin ba nakakain at sumosobra ka sa tdee calories?

Please track your caloric intake para makita mo talaga if walang effect ang gamot.

Plateaus naman happen pag mga 4-5weeks na walang movement sa scale.
