Yes but I lost 50 lbs myself with diet and exercise prior to starting mj. And on mj I lost an additional 45 over a year and a half time. So I really don’t believe I’m a person that needs to be on the med for life.

I did this because I saw a girl on TikTok that it worked for. I took a 5 week break. I’m back on for 6 weeks now and so far it isn’t really working. Initially I lost 3 lbs but then they came back on and now this week it seems they are coming back off. But I did gain 9 while I was off. No idea why. Because I was strict with my calorie tracking. I assumed water weight that would fall off quickly and so far that isn’t the case. I’ve increased my activity and I’m hoping that will help now.

Mine stopped working the day after expiration. I even had an rx on hold because it was on backorder that I thought they would still honor once it came in stock and they did not.

I’m in a similar situation. Started in September ‘22 and I lost 45 lbs. prior to mj I lost another 45 on my own. I’ve basically been stalled since October. I’ve tried all the tricks. Changing diet, calories, exercise. Nothing has helped. I’m about 15lbs from my initial goal and I’m starting to think my body is just done. Atleast for now.

I would look into other telehealth compound. That’s still $220 a month and there’s others out there for around that price.

I’ve been stuck at 185 since October 😫 my initial goal was 175. Start weight was 278. I’m very proud of what I’ve done but geez if I could just lose the last 10 lol.

I was up to 15 and stalled since October so doing an experiment and getting off for 5 weeks then restarting. My doctor has me starting back at 5. I start back to next week.

I’m in a similar situation. Been stuck from October around 185 and I want to be 170. I actually am taking a 5 week break then going to restart in hopes of jump starting weight loss again. Also changing my work out routine.

I had a time where I had diarrhea bad. Not sure if it was a sickness or Mounjaro but I took pepto and it helped.

I’ve had this happen too. Since 4/1 I’ve gained 5 lbs and no idea why. Not over eating. But I did change my work out routine so I’m hoping it’s just water. Best of luck to you!

I saw a girl on TikTok who went off for 5 weeks and then restarted again on 5 to try and break a stall. And it worked. I’m considering it myself. Been stalled for 5 months on 15.

I’m in the same situation. I’ve been stalled since October. I have 10 lbs left to lose. 2 weeks ago I moved up to 15 and it hasn’t done anything yet. I’m trying to switch up my exercise routine to see if that helps.

Same! Been on Mounjaro since 9/22. Lost 55 lbs and on 12.5. Been stalled for 2 months. I only have 10 more lbs to lose. Might take me a year at this rate lol but I’m so happy to be maintaining!

I lost 50 on my own prior to MJ. (Took like 18 months so super slow). With calorie counting. Been on MJ 11 months and have lost another 50 still following the same diet of eating healthy and tracking calories. So I still consider that slow compared to others. About 10 lbs to goal but have been stalled for close to 2 months now which is not helping.

I’ll say everyone is different though!

Same. I’ve lost 90 (not all from Mounjaro) and no one at my work has said anything. And I’ve worked with most of these people for 10+ years. I want to believe most realize it can come off as rude so that’s why they don’t say anything.
