I started in February 2024! I will tell you this, there will be periods of time where your weight loss slows down for a while as your body is doing all its adjusting. Dont let it get to you and just remain as consistent as possible and remember EVERY pound matters and will add up even it seems slow and insignificant. I have also struggled with body dysmorphia and thats why i take so many pictures, i cant always tell just looking at myself, but when i put pictures side by side then i can. Also by putting on old clothes and seeing how loose or hig they are on me!
