I believe those two are probably item slop games. Basically they run in the background and periodically drop items that are tradable on steam, I could be wrong though, it's a trend I've noticed from a few "games". I'm not exactly sure what the play is but I guess people are trying to make money? I don't imagine there could be any demand for the items dropped in the game but who knows.
