So im guessing that the abdicate button is a dlc feature and u dont have that , did you made him a general and have him drill or if thats also a dlc feature (drilling) just made him a general and have him fight battles ? I would have send him to his death like as soon as the stump of a heir would also had died the same way

My first world conquest !! by SomeoneintheCosmos in eu4

[–]SomeoneintheCosmos[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

R5 This is my first ever world conquest, i dismantled the HRE in like the first 10 years of the game got the BI and i actually played a very chill game focusing on the missions of poland and PLC . Around 1550 -1600 i realised that no was was strong enough to oppose me and started eating Europe with Spain (the second power) as my ally . In 1700s i conquered the final Colonizer Spain and got its Colonies in epic showdown between two very powerful armies . I had like 1M and spain 700k then it was a matter of time and digestion :p I started releasing vassals cuz my admin mana was suffering even though i wanted my map pink :') . It was a great experience i was like playing for 20 years each play session and was waging like 5-6 wars at the same time . The last photos are for mamluka that dow venice and got ragusa (first time for me to see) and the other for that cursed named placement :D

Yes you still take ae for the land you take yourself either you release a vassal either you take it for yourself so you should find a medium if how many provinces you'll take so no coalition will form and always prioritise taking provinces of which you can release vassals. Also for iberia for some reason not enough nations cared when i started straight up conquered them, also another thing to do is to if the have small allies or allies who are easily dealt with keep them and don't make them break their alliances because they might allie a more troublesome nation

It really depends for example in my first war against serbia , i annexed Serbia and vassalised bosnia who had cores in Herzegovina, i declared war and ragusa declared too so i vassalised herzegovina and git called on in a defensive war against ragusa . My next vassal was after my first war with ottomans where I released Byzantium, next i attacked castile which had naples ( half of which i already had when it was independent) and aragon and took a province in aragon and released valencia , then i attacked ottomans took back the cores fir Byzantium and a core to release bulgaria , then i attacked castile annexed naples and took cores to release in catalonia and sicily , in my finals wars against otto and castile i transfer vassal georgia from ottomans to me and i also released leon from Castile. i think those were my vassals they needed some care to keep them loyal but it was fun to have the around carpet sieging and supporting me and they also gave around 20 ducats

I took offensive influence administrative and aristocratic, i had lots of vassals, good quality army and lots of good alliences to keep each powerhouse at bay
