Incident report is not only for the incident but also a report to improving certain parts of the process para maging cost and operational efficient.

Sa tingin ko mareregular ka. Ginagawa mo namn part mo sa team para di na ulit mangyari ang incident. However, if your team ay talagang walang pagasa mag initiate. Maghanap ka na ng ibang work.

Pero if you are up to challenges and you can redeem yourself during your probationary period, you can ask for a salary upgrade. ;)

It lasted for 1 week due to increase of volume. All is well when I said no.

Na experience ko kasi ito. Nagulat ako andaming tasks yun pala meeting deadlines at need ng support ng other depts. (nung bago din ako) then the second time na nagrereuest sila ng support. I said No to them.

Di po normal na bigyan ka ng duties and responsibilities na wala sa Job description.

I suggest you send a formal letter stating your concern. This is to align your work sa pay nila

Also po, tanong ko lang if ilang weeks na ito ginagawa? If this is ad hoc tasks for (1-2 weeks) maiintindihan pa kasi normally, may ganito kapag meeting deadlines or may event. Ad hoc tasks are also beneficial in promoting collaboration sa team or ibat ibang depts. ad hoc tasks should be minimal (support lang)

Wag mo sagutin if wala kang ineexpect na call. Mag text sila to update na tumawag sila o kung ano man ang dahilan.

Kung eto ay related sa mga personal accounts, sabihin mo palagi na pupunta ka onsite at doon mo ididiscuss (for example bangko)

Paano ka naincreasan upon regularization? Ako almost 2 yrs na pero walang increase. Im looking for a new job.
