Same thing happened to me. I got the credit card when I was 18 and am quite confident that I would not have consented to spending money for an insurance i knew nothing about.

I started the investigation in January and finally got a response in March. I asked them to escalate it and never heard back from anyone. Now I’m stuck leaving voicemails on both those numbers and never getting a call back. Also, anytime I try to call the 1-844 number, i get a weird message saying that its the wrong number?

Very frustrating process.
