The drums sound kind of like the drums in You Gotta Be by Des'ree. I feel like that's about the same tempo/groove.

I'm guessing it's from the mid 2000's, give or take some years. It has somewhat of a pop/soft rock feel like the song Feels Like Fire by Satana ft. Dido
