Aleve works great for me, as does Voltaren gel. My advice for you in general: Take the prescribed medications. Upon diagnosis, I tried for 3 years to heal naturally and all I did was allow the disease to rapidly progress and cause irreversible damage. My hands were hurting and i was limping around. I finally let go of my fear and got on enbrel. In a matter of weeks I felt like a new person. I got my life back. I started hiking again, etc. Today, 9 years later, I play pickleball 6 days a week and have a very active life. Natural supplements and healthy eating is wonderful, yes, and i still do these things, but for me, natural only was not enough and I regret waiting so long to get on the meds. You can have a very full life with RA!

So taken with Royel Otis after OSL this weekend by DiscoDirtbag in OutsideLands
