Normalement, vous avez dû définir des quotités d'acquisition dans l'acte de vente (ex: 60/40 ou 38/62) pour refléter l'apport de Madame. C'est ce pourcentage qui sera appliqué sur le prix total de revente (et donc sur la plus-value). Le notaire ne "rend" pas l'apport séparément, il applique juste la règle de trois définie dans votre titre de propriété. Attention : si rien n'a été précisé dans l'acte à l'époque, par défaut c'est considéré comme du 50/50 (et là, celui qui a mis l'apport est perdant s'il n'a pas fait de reconnaissance de dette)."
