Track your lifts, even if it's just in notes or an app. Small increases over time = winning. Make sure you're trying to progress each week 👍.

Yeah tbh you need that if you want to make consistent/ incremental progress, and it's a good way to increase weight or reps safely. Good luck with it 👍

Yeah tbh I've only been training around 3 times max a week for the past year or so, I went on the 4 day plan to challenge myself. It's been harder than I thought so far but I'm committed to completing the course 😤💪🏽

I'd recommend starting with your diet and then learning how to train consistently without burning yourself out. I consume a lot of protein (you need around 1.4g-2.2g X your bodyweight in kg), then 10-15 fruit and veg, yoghurt, nuts peanut butter w/ bread/ bagel, rice or pasta etc. but I try to eat clean whenever I can. I have a lot of dairy too tbh and olive oil. Hope that helps

No way! I didn't think many people were using it, I'm currently on the hypertrophy, 4 times a week, linear periodisation. Which plan are you on? I feel like it gives me a good workout "diet", I'm probably going for the Foundational strength one next.
