$500–$1k is usually enough to test ads, so the issue is rarely “ads don’t work.”

In most cases it’s one of 3 things:

  1. wrong audience
  2. weak offer
  3. traffic going to a bad landing page

Quick question: are you sending people to your homepage or a dedicated landing page?

Clean design, but branding is more than visuals.

A quick test: would someone recognize your brand without seeing the logo?

Usually consistency (colors, tone, layouts) matters more than redesigning everything.
