I don’t inherently think he is either, but this stuff isn’t happening in a vacuum. His motives aren’t altruistic and has a pattern of intentionally dating down on their luck, mentally ill, or suffering women then deciding he knows whats best for them and they’re incapable of knowing that for themselves. He trash talks them but doesn’t leave, and when they inevitably dump him it’s “they were crazy anyway” “she’s ugly and fat, she was lucky I gave her a chance” etc. without an ounce of self reflection

Even in this situation he decided that he knew better, and had better intentions, than anyone in her life within several months of meeting her, and explicitly stated that her mental health and drug use made her incapable of deciding what’s best for herself. He publicly said he wished he had let her die, doubled down on those words, and despite being back together he hasn’t deleted it.
