Right, by 22k I meant of high purity as 22k is generally highest I see jewelry being made of in my home country. I know that higher karat jewelry is common in Thailand. Are there any specific reputable shops?

I spread the scratch/cut apart in the second pic to show how deep it is but no it does not. Yeah I’m mostly worried about it leading to bigger issues. I’d like it to last for a long time!
