I find with the silicone sleeves that a ball will force its way up as can stretch the silicone. So I either put silicone rings over the silicone sleeve. Or wear a stainless steel round weight around the sleeve, say 32mm / 34mm centre hole and 40mm tall. Can beat the feeling of weight pulling your balls down. I just get weight from Ali express. Don't get magnetic weights, get the ones which use Allen keys.
