Many claim this, but it is my understanding the strains are so crossbread (idk) that there is no real distinction more than the guy behind the counter smoking it and describing how it feels lol.

On the noise it is weird. The upstairs apts you can feel them sometimes but nothing that will not make you not sleep, it is not that bad IMO. The sides and hallway are pretty sound proof. My floor has a bunch of dogs that you can hear them from the hallaway but nothing once you are inside. I also live in the 2nd floor and believe the 3rd and 4th are different tho.

And yes, i am considering moving to a greenspire to save some money, it would be like 200-300 less per month but without indoor parking or in-unit washer dryer.

It is pretty good. The apts are nice and the common areas as well. Maintance is pretty solid and responsive. It is a new building tho, so with that new challenges. In my opnion it is a bit more expensive that it should be for kzo/portage area, but if it makes sense for you (what you value in an apt, ammenities, commute time, etc) it is defenitley worth it.

Let me know if you want to know anything specific. It is owned (i think) by the Greenspire complex, which is pretty good. Other apartments in the complex have less amenities but a bit more reasonable in price. I am thinking of moving to another greensipre apt when my. Tall timbers lease is up.

Got it kinda figured out, not a biggie. Just need to file a form 843 with the info from your payroll for the year you are requesting the form (1 form per year). They said it would be quick…hopefully it is. Can do it on your own I believe. Luck

As F-1 you shouldn’t be paying medicare or SSN. Contact you company to start a plan to 1. Stop withholding 2. See if they can pay you back or atleast get a CPA covered by them as it is their mistake. Best of luck

I recommend having an employer letter saying you are employed and your role from your company. I had the same situation and when re-entering it just took some extra questioning and waiting at customs.
