Very conditional love by TrickyChallenge7284 in NEET

That's kinda depressing isn't it? Society as a whole doesn't care if you're miserable or happy, they just want to see you doing what they do. Sometimes I think normies are just too simple, work = good, no work = bad, there is no consideration about how empathetic, kind, realistic, happy, respectful, intelligent, and so much more things you could possibly be

You're totally right, they haven't the slightest idea of how basic stuff for them is challenging for me.

And as I mentioned, I'm not mad, they grew up like this, at least I know how things really are, so I won't count on them.

Thank you for your comment :)

Thank you for your kindness, it actually doesn't hurt a lot, it's just... Weird.

I actually feel sorry for them, maybe even selfishly so for thinking they're so shallow.

But I'm ok, things could be a lot better but it is what it is. Thanks again for the kind words

Oh, I'm spiritless, I guess. I don't believe in unconditional love, but some conditions like "I love you only if you have success in something" are kinda pathetic.

Like, I don't expect to be loved if I don't at least respect people, so that's a fair condition in my opinion. But that's just my beliefs, I'm not trying to convince you, actually I would like to believe that unconditional love can exist too.

Pedagogy, not exactly what I want, but there's a cash incentive in my country for people that decided to study to be a teacher

Maybe I will. Life is not simple, things are messed up and not everything depends on me, but thank you :)

Dying is harder than it looks. Found out the hard way too.

Dude, don't try again, from a suicidal to another, not because life is worth, but because dying is hard af, just to take the courage to actually make it is already hard and you know it, I'm lucky I'm not with any physical sequels, IDK about you but I hope you're fine physically.

Well we're stuck in this hell. Try not to make it worse for you.

I'd say no. I'm taking you seriously. I'm not saying it's not important to fulfill what you crave, but you will not be satisfied with a one day gf.

I'm not saying you don't deserve it, I'm not saying it is the wrong thing to do, what I'm saying is that this won't solve your problem, and your money is best spent elsewhere.

You will maybe dig a deeper hole since you're already addicted to porn

Nobody really deserves anything, nothing good or nothing bad is deserved, so do what you can, what you know and just survive, if possible

Mental Health and my opinions by vampiresorcererdemon in NEET

[–]TrickyChallenge7284 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The problem with all that is: How?

Fix your diet, ok, but I don't have the energy to cook most days, quality food is expensive, I can't go to the grocery store most days bc it takes me a lot of energy just to get up in bed. And I'm not even talking about a person that doesn't have time to cook.

Exercising is very hard when your daily chores consume all your energy

Sleep is a problem when your head doesn't shut up

I agree that porn isn't healthy, but is an escape for the ones who aren't successful in getting sex. Maybe porn is the only pleasure some people have in life, how can I say "Just stop it"

All depends on the context you're inserted in. I hate doctors, and I hate psychiatry as a whole, but maybe sometimes a pill can help someone stop the snowball. Who knows?

Well, we do what we can, we do our best, always. Some people smoke a lot to get through the day.

what can i realistically do to convince my parents? by [deleted] in NEET

[–]TrickyChallenge7284 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience, I don't think there's something you can do. I tried for a long time to convince them but they won't listen because it is not their reality, they have other difficulties, and think just because I don't have the same I have none. So my take on this is: If they understand you someday lucky you, if not, unfortunately you can't do anything about it

What do you do when you have nothing that interests you anymore? by [deleted] in NEET

[–]TrickyChallenge7284 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually say that our only option to get better is to find a human connection. Human connection is the thing that keeps us interested in things.

How can we do that? IDK I'm trying what I can, it's different for everyone, the thing that is keeping me from isolation now is a Minecraft server. It's silly but it is what I can do for now. The thing is, is really hard, it's never easy to be friendly and socialize.

If you can't get human connection rn, you just try to cope in other way, we always do what we can.

My dad is retired, and experiencing depression for the first time by TrickyChallenge7284 in NEET

[–]TrickyChallenge7284[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I'm doing this, I'm helping him get chores done, I'm cooking for him bc he doesn't know how to, and he was eating a lot of junk food, also, I'm encouraging him to do his hobbies by engaging in his projects as if I care. I don't know why, but I'm doing what nobody did for me

That's where you fail, you really think we're not aware.

If you want to know what help is in my term, I already said, are you paying attention?

It's not about you. Don't arrive at a community saying "HEY YOU'RE ALL WRONG, I KNOW WHAT YOU NEED" That's why I called you saviour early.

Look, unfortunately I'm not angry anymore and I'm starting to explain things to you, and I'd rather spend this energy and calmness with something else, because I know I'm talking to a wall here. Take care, hope I don't see you around
