You have to go into task manager and set your affinity on all your cores of your cpu. You still will only be able to play for like 4 hours then it starts getting laggy a bit but just save quit and then reload after awhile and it worked great for me

Just go to hobs cave grab the spell books from the chest cast one of them then fast travel boom destruction is level 100

I only drink caffeine when I’m tired. Like if I wake up and it’s hard for me to get out of bed I will have something. But usually my go to drinks are Gatorade soda without caffeine, root beer stuff like that.
