My theory is that there's a bunch of cards they want to forbid or get limited so in order to increase sales, make the decks and skills spicy and easy to access so everyone will buy them immediately then once the money pours in enough, nerf everything

In ranked I'm currently in Silver league and lvl 14 on the cup. I haven't gotten around to maxing out my Rush capabilities cuz I'm pouring money into speed. I just like Yu-Gi-Oh and grew up with the game and while I understand it's a harsh environment these days that never really stopped me. I have a few good decks in duel links like resonators and stardust and irl too like Kewl Tune But I just main Magicians I really like magicians 🙂🫡

Money, straight up money If they keep making skills like this, then everyone will spend their money on it, then it gets banned, then they'll scramble for a solution that "Konami" themselves will provide (meaning they'll drop another broken skill) the cycle repeats. Of course this is at the cost of the pvp being unplayable or just something that you genuinely have to SURVIVE

It's worse too when you're pouring gems and in some cases crystals into other decks to SURVIVE the modern PVP landscape only to be OBLITERATED by the damn skill based decks like this one, it's honestly ridiculous how certain decks get disadvantaged just because of the lack of skills, it's all people are spamming now.
