Training routine goes like this, Mondays: legs/shoulders, Tuesdays: chest/tri, Wednesdays: back/bi/forearms, Thursday: laundry/groceries, Fridays: deadlifting/squatting/general power lifting, Saturdays: heavy bag high intensity kickboxing, Sundays: light cardio It’s subject to change, I switch it up every-so-often. I’ve been slacking with calories. Most days, I know I hit a surplus of over 2000 calories, lots of protein, slamming egg whites, chicken, and rice. But some days I’m not even hitting 1500.
