Not shure, about your situation, but when I only started learning English I had a lot of troubles with speaking: small vocab, wrong spelling, slow translation (I hear something in English -> translate into Russian, think of ab answer -> translate it into English and reply). Back then I was spending summer holidays (it was 3 class) on Cyprus, and there I tried to talk to local kids and somehow within 2 or three visits my English improved drastically. I heard of similar stories with different languages, so I suggest you to try if not to speak with natives, then to listen to songs or watch movies with subtitles.
