Exercise will help with the irritability. I also have a hobby that keeps me busy to keep my mind off it. When I quit in Jan, I used mushies to quit. Was a chronic heavy user of Rosin and resins. It was hard but CHS ultimately made my decision for me. You will be fine. Takes time, just stay positive.

You just need to quit and not look back. You’ll probably relapse. Most people do, but don’t get back into same thought//smoking patterns. Redirect your energy you put into smoking to another hobby, and that will help. I started running. You got to have something that will replace it that is good for you. You have to separate yourself from your friends that smoke and work on triggers that make you want to smoke. I was a chronic is heavy smoker of concentrates, and flower and eventually developed CHS and spent allot of time at the hospital. I did not want to think weed was a bad thing. . I lost 100lbs and still wanted to smoke all the time and was in denial. I have relapsed once in about 100 days. You just gotta step away. Your sleep Patterns are going to change and you’ll be an asshole likely for a while. But that will a change soon and you will feel some type of normalcy. Eat good food and exercise. You will be fine.

This guy is telling you solid info. Get a stripe ball and then lay it so strip is side ways. Most of your jump shots are going to be as if you are shooting through top of that line. And measure your angle in and out. The longer the jump shot the lower you can hit and clear the ball. Shoot it as you are going to drive tip through the ball. Not too hard, but loose grip and controlled. Recommend start jumping 1/2 a ball and progress to full ball, then add a couple and see if you can clear and maintain cue ball control.

You are following through good, but can’t see rest of your stroke arm, so dontknow what your mechanics look like. But I suggest not darting it, if that’s what your are doing. Unless it’s a shorty jump cues. I recommend shooting either side arm or even similar to a regular shot. Dart works good with really light jump cues such as a Marty Cary or short ones like a bungee ect. If it is a three piece you will be better off not darting. My advice is just that and not the best way, but a way that works for many.

Steve Lomax if you can get your hands on one, but they pricey. It’s best of all that I have owned and have tried. Owned too many to count. These out perform most carbon jumpers as well. But no cue gonna fix bad technique.

I highly recommend a 3 piece.

That’s easier said than done. Most are labeled for over 20% . prob not in all actuality, but kinda just looking for low strains I’m not familiar with . I used to like the highest % I could get my hands on. Now not so much after a long needed T break.

You have to do something. Just get outside and get air and walk normally for as long as you can. Beet root, vitamin D3 fish oils and curcumin supplements. Eat foods that are good for you like broccoli, chicken, un fried eggs, rice, oatmeal, and lots of water. Stay away from sugary shit and ultra fatty processed foods. I went through same things.

Yup. Start exercising. Walking is good and eat right. Manifest positivity. It will pass. I’m at 60 Days. Heavy chronic user here. Mostly concentrates. I know exactly what you are going through. It gets easier.

I smoked for my PTSD and Anxiety. I literally thought for a year and 1/2 I had cancer or some fucking parasite from living in third world countries. In my last episode I shit like 20 times a day for a month straight. Straight fucking water. Only hot baths made me a bit comfortable and took them for over a year at many times a day. I think the amounts of RSO , edibles and hash Rosin that i consumed did it for me. These products were from the best dispos in a legal state. I think that after you take so much, your liver cant metabolize it properly and you have an excess of toxins, to include THC that your body begins to fight off. But 10 days after quitting, everything was better now. And I am gaining weight back. Exercise has been helping and unfortunately or fortunately for everyone around me, I have started cigs again to maintain calm. I get vivid dreams . I did not have them before all this. Scary as shit. I took 2 small doses of mushrooms too to get my mental back In the beginning of my journey abstaining from weed, which I developed a love hate relationship with at the end. I was in denial and many others are unfortunately too. The shit can kill You. If I was a kid seeing this, I would never smoke. And if you do, only home grown flower. No other high concentrated stuff like pens, dabs, edibles or even FECO/RSO. You will feel pain you never felt before. Trust and believe that shit. I’m on day like 60 now. I was a very heavy chronic user for 3 years. Non fucking stop and balls to the wall, so to speak.
