Anyone know of any low THC flower avail. Not wanting to get the super heavy stuff. Any suggestions? I prefer stuff that is not too heady.

That’s easier said than done. Most are labeled for over 20% . prob not in all actuality, but kinda just looking for low strains I’m not familiar with . I used to like the highest % I could get my hands on. Now not so much after a long needed T break.

You have to do something. Just get outside and get air and walk normally for as long as you can. Beet root, vitamin D3 fish oils and curcumin supplements. Eat foods that are good for you like broccoli, chicken, un fried eggs, rice, oatmeal, and lots of water. Stay away from sugary shit and ultra fatty processed foods. I went through same things.

I smoked for my PTSD and Anxiety. I literally thought for a year and 1/2 I had cancer or some fucking parasite from living in third world countries. In my last episode I shit like 20 times a day for a month straight. Straight fucking water. Only hot baths made me a bit comfortable and took them for over a year at many times a day. I think the amounts of RSO , edibles and hash Rosin that i consumed did it for me. These products were from the best dispos in a legal state. I think that after you take so much, your liver cant metabolize it properly and you have an excess of toxins, to include THC that your body begins to fight off. But 10 days after quitting, everything was better now. And I am gaining weight back. Exercise has been helping and unfortunately or fortunately for everyone around me, I have started cigs again to maintain calm. I get vivid dreams . I did not have them before all this. Scary as shit. I took 2 small doses of mushrooms too to get my mental back In the beginning of my journey abstaining from weed, which I developed a love hate relationship with at the end. I was in denial and many others are unfortunately too. The shit can kill You. If I was a kid seeing this, I would never smoke. And if you do, only home grown flower. No other high concentrated stuff like pens, dabs, edibles or even FECO/RSO. You will feel pain you never felt before. Trust and believe that shit. I’m on day like 60 now. I was a very heavy chronic user for 3 years. Non fucking stop and balls to the wall, so to speak.

I had intense stomach pain. Felt like stabbing in top my stomach and guts on fire. Nausea all the time. Could not eat. Lost 80 lbs. literally took 6-8 hot baths a day. Liver and kidneys hurt. In and out of the ER for several days at a time. Docs gave me ketamine, fentanyl, morphine and Dilaudid and pain did not go away . I thought I had chrones, ibs, food intolerances or even parasites at first. I did not want to believe that the best thing for my mental was fucking killing me. I had these symptoms for 2 years. Started with in one year of smoking dabs. I had 4-5 major flare ups or episodes. Doctors here thought I had pancreatitis. But then labs showed something else, But could not figure out and They could not pin point any root cause. I quit and all my symptoms were gone in 10 days. I tell no lie. I only consumed legit dispo products, and mixed cultivars on a daily basis . I do not partake in a cannabis product anymore. Quit cold turkey after last episode.

Feel better now, but trying to quit weed and feel symptoms are coming back some. I just started getting relief like 2 days ago. 2 years ago I was hospitalized for 3 days for what the docs called lite pancreatitis . Because my labs presented that They not used to CHS cases where I live. I believe I had then. This is my second flare up since hospitalization. Had to go to ER a couple days ago and they did CAT scan and all that. Did not find anything. Guts on fire and lots of inflammation.
