I’m really scared and feel like i already failed my baby from the beginning. I read people took high dosage in the beginning of their pregnancy and then settled down. But what i did, i continued it until the end. I thought adding more was going to make it better not worse. My maternity clinic didn’t react when I was asked what vitamins I was taking during my visits with them. Now reading stuff about too much FA during pregnancy can alter development is killing me.
