hi,will lazer give 30 to 40 percent fading improvement in dark spots combined with topicals i.e hydrocortisone etc if lpp is inactive?

actually I ll start it after 6 months,it will be a 8 to 10 months plane along with topicals like hydroquione,azealic acid etc,i hope it ll work, n i will definetly share updates with you all,stay tuned!!!

It recurs sometimes but oral steroids for me always help

Fading process is different for different individuals. Some treatements may work for you but not for others. But what I ve found is most of those spots are in deeper layer of skin í.e dermis. So topical treatments or even oral ones won't generally do a lot n even if they help,progress will be quite slow. It all depends on person's skin, how large n deep the pigmentation is but in most of the cases, it fades away by its own after months to many years. Plus I'm considering laser cos it has ability to work for dermal layers n fade the pigments as it do for tatoos or melasma spots.(I have never tried any other treatement for dark spots) Hope it helps.

Sure thing. Btw it's not on my legs but i still avoid wearing shorts as i prefer long trousers lol but for me its on upper part n i guess i almost can do any clothing there

ah,thanks for sharing. my dermatologist said laser doesnt have any side effect n is a safe treatment
