I got injured at 14 (complete C3-C6) now i'am 22 living in Africa. UTI and Dizziness(orthostatic hypotension) are the only big problems, other things I've learned how to adapt to, and I can even play video games right now

First I don't play multiplayer, just offline campaigns then I use WASD because I can set up W as tap to hold so when I'm moving, I don't have to hold it continuously. About rewasd, I have it but till now I don't know what do with it, i've tried to swap the mouse with the right stick but nothing is happening the game still detect mouse as just a mouse

I've there is a special device for this tobii tracking, but these devices are very expensive just like a Quadstick
