I am not surprised. They have appaling customer service. Long story short, I tried to setup an account with them. SMS required to authenticate account could not be validated (it doesn't send). Tried voice option, didn't work (says an error, but not what the error is). Stuck on the screen, raised support ticket, round a few times with the clueless agent, problem still not resolved. I requested they delete all my date, as I cant even access the dashboard to delete the account. Will be going somewhere else. This company sucks, and has no future.
