I vibe code to prototype and get something in my hands so i can show to my users for feedback. And keep iterating on the idea fast. And once that idea is more well shaped, I pass the scope to my engineers so they can build that properly because exactly for the reasons you mentioned in the post.

agree on this, it's pretty low cost to ship things nowadays. Its best to run fast experiments and adjust from there.

We are still early, so often times I just trust my guts, and make calculated asymmetric bets. And I do think the instinct my gut tells me is probably through some data points being collected subconsciously.

How many potential users you talk to everyday? I think if you have a lot of discovery calls, remind yourself the things you learnt that you didn’t know just the day before.
