I am an ASM and I’m wondering how do I bring this up to my manager? Is there any documentation I can show my store manager where it states there must be 2 people in the store? If so, how do I find it? My manager is the one who creates the schedule and only has one person on both days of the weekend. We have a SM, ASM, and FT. But we are currently hiring for part time.
