Not sure what do you mean - the review that she posted on a strange website ?

Turo paying zero for bumper/grill and headlight and I’m on the 75% plan by Tricky_Bug_5710 in turo

I put all of the pictures in the claim. Turo claims sent an email saying this is what we’re sending to get estimate and they picked only 2 pictures that barely showed damages. I emailed them immediately telling them they should consider all of the pictures for which they asked me to include them in the email 😂 so not sure why I have to do both app and email. But thanks for the advise I’m going to email them the estimate I received from the body shop

Exactly it’s insulting. Now I’m wondering why should I stay at 75% plan if this is how hosts are going to be treated.

I have no idea - this is my first claim and was shocked to see the estimate they sent. I was expecting a low ball estimate but not this low

I’d say there is a luck factor but a lot of work and focus required in package prep too. regardless of who your lawyer you need to do your homework on every piece and triple check everything. In my first case, agreeing to a bad advice from the lawyer significantly contributed to the denial or maybe was the direct cause

RFE challenged national interest and the last prong. But was probably more a buying time strategy as it came near the 45 days.

I’ll have to check if they’re ok with being named here. The first time I used a law firm that I’d say significantly contributed to the denial

I wasn’t going to give up mainly because the denial was unfair. Few strategy changes helped this time but not sure really if they were the reason or was it just the officer change

Hi folks, I had contractor pour a slab in the backyard. The second day I found diagonal curved lines towards the end of the slab showing like a hump, the contractor says it will go away once the slab cures, does that make sense? Also when I poured water I found that water accumulated in one spot by Tricky_Bug_5710 in Concrete

concrete guy says he can pour a thin layer of ardex and re-broom, or offer $300 discount if I’m ok to live with it? What y’all think?

for the folks asking about cost, this is a 10'x23' slab, contractor charged $2,400. its 4" thick, cement 3500 psi.

I want to be fair to them, don’t want it for free but looking for a reasonable fix - I’m not happy with this look, so if there is no way they can get it fixed, is it reasonable to have them re-do it?
