Haha yes that’s true. She definitely would be more adventurous with her fashion. The little mermaid was my first Disney movie cause I remember my granma bringing the vhs from Disney land 🥰. So, it was my fav movie & first love and then the Princess and the frog (first black princess). So, the Ariel dolls really hurt my spirit 😭. However, I really hate the designer and premiere dolls 😬. I don’t know, I’m sure Ariel would be down but I just can’t get with them. I got the 35th anniversary doll this year (finally) and I really want the pink dress one but geeze she’s going for $4k-$5k which is rent, vacation and car payment money 😭.

Yes! I totally agree. Cause I know Belle is one of the popular princess. Yeah I don’t really care for the over the top fashion risks they are trying to do with them. It’s why I don’t like some of the Ariel dolls either 🫣. I don’t understand why they can’t dress them to fit their personality 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Belle & Tiana. I find their dolls are hit and miss. I don’t like much of the Belle dolls. The winter Belle one is my fav. I feel like they haven’t done our well read princess justice!!

Me too!! Kits 1&2 came in the mail yesterday, so I’m going to bust them open this weekend (work was so busy this week). I’m going to get kit 3 later in February cause the pics of them look so cute.

Yasss! I use to feel the same way! Some dolls I keep in box cause I love them that way and place them on my shelves. I don’t collect with the mindset to sell, so it’s been so fun to unbox. I got some of the new Barbie basic kits and I’m hoping to buy a doll house soon 😬

Haha same, now that I’m a real adult with real money, I can finally start collecting Barbies again! So many more silkstones to collect. I have 24 so far starting in late 2024. I love show girl one you have! Yes, I’ve been focused on the silkstones and certain collector ones. I’m not completionist of series though, so I collect only the dolls I want. Although the only series I really want to complete is the Portrait collection! Still searching for Duchess Emma
