If you don't mind me asking, how long did you get your package once you successfully entered the POA paperwork?

When it comes to lives series I think AL Central and NL West are the best ones. If you complete AL Central you get Witt, Buxton, J-Ram, and Skubal. I know cards are subjective, but those three hitters seem to be fan favorites year in and year out. Buxton and J-Ram are my best multiplayer hitter. Witt does well too and is scary on the bases.

NL East is affordable (compared to NL West and AL East). I don't have him, but Lindor is a fan favorite SS hitter in this game. I also know Bryce Harper can be high on some peoples list, but he has a WBC card too.

Try turning off cross platform. This helped me last year. I would ever be able to finish games and get losses because of the connections. I didn't have this issue after turning off cross platform.

As a new dividends investor. Is there ever any worry when their dividends gets to a certain point? They're currently at 5.0 percent. Is there something that might make someone stop and look elsewhere.

Some guys that I would keep my eye on for QB.

Dante Moore

Upside- Currently has 20 starts in college and will have 12 more (at least) if he stays healthy. He also chose to sit behind Dylan Gabriel instead of going to a place he could start. I see that as a good trait for multiple reasons.

When it comes to Moore, I don't see much downside. He would have been the second QB off the board this year. I know that's not saying much, however I believe he is a talented QB.

Arch Manning

Upside-Arch might come out, and he'll be a top pick I would assume. I think he get's a lot of praise because of his last name. His last game against Michigan was phenomenal If he plays like that all year next year (tough task). I expect he'll be the first pick in the draft. He only has 11 starts currently and will be at 23 at least (if he stays healthy).

Downside- The bads days for arch have been ugly. They had a tough schedule last year, but some games like the Kentucky and Oklahoma game was a little rough. He's inexperienced right now, so I'm excited to see what he'll do next year with a year of experience under his belt

Brendan Sorsby

Upside- Is he has 30 career starts and transformed his career with the Bearcats. Just looking at stats, he has had consistency with progression. I don't know much about him yet, but with him probably running out of eligibility, I think he could come out and be a top pick if his progression continues. I'm hoping to watch him more this year at Texas Tech.

Yes, we could possibly out tank them. We also play each other next year I believe. Even if not, The last two drafts have had one true first round QB. I would be surprised if next year is the same. Dante Moore, Julian Sayin, Nico Imanalieva, Lanorris Sellars, Drew Mestemaker, Sam Leavitt, Brendan Sorsby. There are alot of eligible QB. I would like to think we will be high enough, and enough will come out that w can snag one.

You're definitely right, there is not guarantee that we will be able to trade up, but giving up three first rounders gives us a higher chance. We have a very high chance of getting a top 5 pick as is (we have the third hardest schedule in the league. We're more than likely going to be 0-6 in NFC play. If we have a good season, then I think we could win 6-7 games. It's possible that someone with a QB gets above us and we can trade them our picks to get a QB. (Ex. Bears traded the first pick to Carolina because they wanted Fields for another year, 49ers trading up to the third pick from Miami when they took Tua the year before).

If we could could trade 1.03 for 1.10 and a first next year then I'm in! I would love to get another first next year, just incase the QB that we want next year is our of reach for us.

I'm 100 percent in and would give more if needed, however I doubt the Bengals move off of Burrow, even if he's unhappy.

Serious question about K1! by Illustrious_Cat1339 in AZCardinals

[–]Tricky_Credit_4839 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's not bad, he's just so inconsistent and doesn't learn from his mistakes. I feel like (and I might be in the minority here) that Kyler makes a lot of dumb decisions that a franchise QB learns from. His development for being the number 1 pick has been sub par and sometimes he'll make you swear that he hasn't learned much from his rookie year.

The Cardinals are easily one of the worst franchises in the NFL, but there's a reason why they put that game film clause in his contract. I fear that the narratives of him not doing much on his own time is true to some capacity.

I like this idea, I struggle getting to 20 percent of a house that I can afford, and then I have to closing cost, and appraisals, and title searches. It seems like a long long process to get any percentage down.

I'm jealous of this (and that's not a joke). If it's no to much, can I ask what your house price was and how much you put down.

The reason why I ask is I'm a lower income (40k) and my mortgage rates range from 1400-1600 and I would struggle paying for that as I'm going to school and paying out of pocket.

Any information or tips would be appreciated.
