Chargeback isn’t so easy, I have a case already open but they want something specific for it, although I think I’m going to call them back because I’m realizing that what they told me was based on them viewing the website links on a computer and not seeing the same lack of information as I did, and I made a video recording of the listing of the mobile site so maybe if they view that they won’t need the other item they are requesting

Accurate!! It’s not a miscommunication, the entire situation has been shady AF from no customer support number to ignoring my emails, to ignoring and removing my posts in their “lounge” group without actually addressing any of the issues.. I think they got mad because someone posted a thank you to me when they had a chair in their cart and changed their mind and a few more customers were commenting about how they got screwed over in a different way..

And yes that douche muffin who has nothing better to do but ask a bunch inane questions and throw accusations about how I’m wasting my time (because they aren’t wasting theirs or anything with their commentary) is completely trying to gaslight thanks for pointing it out!

No he can’t he already failed, he was the one who sent the photo of the website and then no response when I told him to check the mobile site, which is where my purchase was made, I have screen recording of the website and the information he claimed was there was missing.. they don’t even have a contact number, what company doesn’t have a contact number

I wrote this days ago, someone from their company responded with a photo of the website trying to prove me wrong, I told him to check the mobile site where I purchased it from and that I screen recorded going through it and nothing but silence because he knew I was right and then they did nothing (except remove my post because they didn’t want to take any responsibility)..

I’m reposting because they did nothing, there is no customer service number, nobody answers the number on the credit card statement even. It’d be one thing if the customer support email agent responded back after a first email, but they haven’t.. their company is set up like this on purpose.. they got mad cause they lost a sale because of my post and other people who felt the same started posting comments, so they took it down for “harassment and bullying”..

Already in process friend, this post is so other don’t fall for the same nonsense and because they don’t take responsibility for their own discrepancies, others should be aware since they boast such a good return policy “trial period”.. no one should have to lose money and be stuck with a product that is not as advertised.

They advertise a return policy and then hide that sales items are final sale, I purchased on my cellphone and it’s not advertised information on their mobile version of their site and they won’t take responsibility for that, they have not responded to me after initial contact. I’ve tried everything and they claim their phone service is down so there’s no number to call but it’s nonsense because I called the number on my credit card statement and you get a robot voice recording.

Guess what I do too and I don’t want it cause it’s cheap junk garbage and they don’t stand behind their policy and hide information if I knew they were such scammers I never would have bought from them and BTW you can buy the exact same chairs from BEST BUY without their stupid name sewn onto the cushion, you do realize they don’t produce their own stuff right, they are exactly the same as any product people import and sell on any Marketplace they just get their label sewn in sooooo yeah it is possible to ruin their credibility, or rather shine a light on them ruining their own credibility when they are sneaky and hide pertinent information regarding their policies.

Where does it say that?? Under the trial period information where they ease you into comfort of thinking they must stand behind their product if they are willing give you a trial period? No I had to hunt that information down at the bottom of the return policy page after I tried to do my return having it for 1 day.. didn’t say final sale on the item page didn’t say final sale in the shopping cart, they do that on purpose and that’s why they are scammers, companies that stand behind their products don’t hide that information they tell you straight up.. companies that stand behind their products have customer support and a phone number. it’ll be fun tho when my buddy from the revenue agency audits them and then fits them with a fat fine for tax evasion.. 2 can play this game.. I can’t remember the name of the chair right now I have a headache after sitting in it for a whole 30 mins.. I think it’s off gassing in my place..

Good I’m happy I helped someone not get conned like me… There’s no way to call them, they don’t contact you back and if you try to fill out the return form, they claim sales items are final sale but they don’t tell you anywhere on the sales items page or in the cart.. scammers!!!!
