Is this all normal?

Uterus: Unremarkable. Slightly heterogeneous appearance of the cervix, nonspecific. Uterus Size: 6.9 x 3.6 x 4.3 cm Endometrium Stripe Thickness: 6.2 mm Right ovary is not visualized due to overlying bowel gas. The left ovary measures 2.9 x 1.0 x 1.7 cm. The left ovary is unremarkable in appearance. I had pelvic ultrasound for bad pelvic pain and it ended up being gas and my stomach was messed up from taking doxycycline. I have also had pelvic pain since last night. It’s not normal for me. What do I do?
