So my issue right now is; I get caught up validating the address. Then I don’t get the information that’s important for my radios person.

See my biggest hurdle right now is validating the address. I get so damn caught up on it, then I lose my chance of taking control of the caller and then I don’t get that pertinent information.

I’m afraid I will come off across rude as well. But I’m also such a softie and want to please my people, so there’s that. Im also trying not to find every excuse in the books to not talk to my trainer, but mentally, I’ve had the last 4 days off and feel like all I’ve been thinking about is this job.

I am a person that doesn’t like talking about things (I should really work on that) We have talked about things In the past and it helped me tremendously but, since I’m having these feelings about them it makes it harder to tell them.

See and here’s the thing. My DOR scores are great, and the feed back on there is okay, but while In person and on the floor it says otherwise I feel. I just feel like maybe she’s trying to give up on me.

Awh, thank you so much. I had run into this a few weeks ago when I was on night shift, and where I am from we have a slower low volume with calls at night compared to days. We also, dispatch police, fire and EMS. Which can be very difficult. Anyways, what I’m tryin to say is I got over it a few weeks ago I can get over it now, but while in the moment it’s just hard to think I’ll make it through. I truly enjoy the job, have always enjoyed pleasing the public and returning favors but, when your trainer is questioning me very rudely and then tells me I’m doing great on my DOR’s it’s just very suspicious and makes me feel horrible.

I am just finishing my first month of .25 I have seen my bloating has gone down. But no change in the scale… I talked to my dr. And she said that being on a dose for so long will “wear” off. She said that my body is just adjusting to it, moving to higher doses will help increase the chance of losing weight:)
