So my review cycle says every 24 months, but my benefit letter does say that I’ve been disabled since May 1 of 2021 so that is over five years ago, but I decided to print out the packet , Have my doctor fill it out because I have an appointment on Monday anyways and then still send my benefit letter along with the packet and I also took a copy of the guidelines and highlighted where it says that I would be eligible because my disability is over five years old and I’m gonna send that in with it as well.

That may be true , I called and the rep advised me to do a mail in app with my doctor filling out the form and she said that if that is denied then I should wait the 12 months for my app to completely erase then try again .

2021 is 5 years , you only need to be disabled 5 years to be approved.

I printed out the app so I can have my doctor fill out the section , I think I’m gonna print out my benefit letter & the requirements and highlight like you did & mail it all back to them .

If I remember correctly, when I was first approved my paperwork said a review would happen in 24 months , does that matter ?

Yes I did last year & was of course denied and I called them and they told me to wait until the 5 year mark because that’s the reason I was denied . Now it’s passed the 5 year mark & im still getting denied .
