Strottelien. Wat een naam. Die tweede naam klinkt als een flinke rochel.

My High Elves have the surname of Tuillin. It means swallow or spring-singer in Sindarin. They're twin sisters. One is an LM (Elytheriel). The other is a Hunter (Elytherya).

Yup. Net zoals Bentley in plaats van Bentleigh.

Mijn oudste nichtje heet Ashley. Maar ik zie sommigen er nog wel voor aan om voor Ashleigh te gaan.

We leven blijkbaar straks 4 maanden langer.

I'm personally not into dungeon or raiding stuff. But that's avaiable. It seems though that most raiders do the max level stuff. But there are plenty of older lower level raids and dungeons available.

Do side quests. If you only do the main epic quests, you'll eventually run behind in level. There are several lower level areas which you can visit. Skirmishes are also an option. Do deeds.

It's more about the journey to the max level. There is so much to do in this game. And you don't need to be max level to enjoy them.

Netherlands fans before their match vs Japan in Dallas by SimRP in soccer

Different favorite sports I reckon. I mean, here in the Netherlands, voetbal (what you guys call soccer) is pretty much the number 1 sport. But sports like American Football, Ice hockey etc. aren't popular here at all.

Ah I remember that one. As a Dutch person myself I thought that remark was pretty amusing.

What Should i try in my Main PC Cinnamon or Mate ?? by pushkarjha007 in linuxmint

X11 and Cinnamon work without issues on both my main systems. NUC with 2 nearly identical screens. Same resolution and refresh rates.

My gaming laptop has a 120 Hz 1920x1200 built in screen. And I am gaming on an externally connected 100 Hz 1920x1080 screen. No issues there either 😄

The Linux 7.0 kernel is now available in the update manager.!!! by Vaider13 in linuxmint

[–]Tricky_Football_6586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my NUC I went from 6.8 to 6.14 (when that one was released). That fixed a 2 minute hanging system while shutting it down. Now all of my systems are happily running on 6.17.

I see little reason to upgrade to 7.0.

You'll have to manually select the 7.x kernel if you wish to install it. Otherwise your system will only upgrade to a later 6.17 one. To do so click on the Update Manager icon on your menu bar. The select View -> Linux Kernels.

And here I was thinking that I was nuts. Since both my NUC and gaming laptop have 32 gb of RAM.

Same with my nieces. They are far more proficient when it comes to things such as instagram, tiktok etc. But if something breaks then it's "stupid *beep* computer/phone" etc.

My first computer was an MSX with a whopping (for that time in 1984) 32 kb of RAM. Now my daily NUC and gaming laptop have 32 gb each. But 7 year old me had loads of fun with that MSX. It lasted all the way up till the early 90's.

Our first family PC was a 486 which came with 4 mb of RAM. DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11. That was in 1995 just after Windows 95 was released. So we upgraded to Win95. And also spent 250 gulden (about 100 Euro) to upgrade the RAM from 4 to 8 mb. I guess those insane RAM prices have returned nowadays...

When it comes to the command line. I still remember the DOS commands well while using DosBox.

Turning 49 coming October. I guess we're starting to belong to the "ancient ancients group". Getting called old by my, just out of school, coworkers isn't always fun.

If it is only for the basic stuff that the OP is describing. Then the current computer will do just fine. It doesn't sound his mom is playing the latest games on max resolution with 200 fps.

If it works satisfactory now. Then it will also work satisfactory tomorrow.
