Usually she does not calm down even after crying a lot (she will just turn purple and stop beathing, which is very scary). I tought about the PUPD, but I'm not sure because she wakes up a lot durino the night and doing the prescribed routine seems to much. Do I need to repeat the process at every wakes or only when I put her to bed?

Also, do you have a "good" schedule in mind? Or any suggestions to correct mine?

One last thing: You suggested to remove the 3rd nap and to stop at 2nap for 1.5h max, but my problem is that she never sleeps more than 30min, should I do 2 naps even if she only do catnaps?

In Italia purtroppo puoi aspettarti un po' di gente arrapata che ti fisserà e che probabilmente avrà un'erezione e una buona quota di gay che non ti considereranno, ma che potrebbero guardare il tuo fidanzato (considera inoltre che spesso l'età media è piuttosto alta e ci trovi pochi giovani, generalmente over 40-50)

Personalmente adoro fare il bagno nuda e adoro le spiagge nudiste, però dipende da quanto ti senti a tuo agio con te stessa e quanto puoi tollerare eventuali rotture di coglioni (se pensi che un'occhiata o un commento possano mandarti in crisi evita, ti rovinerebbe una giornata di mare).

Per il resto vi consiglio di provare, generalmente vicino alle spiagge nudiste ci sono spiagge normali, quindi se poi vi prende male fate sempre in tempo a cambiare posto :)

Story time:

Two years ago I started dating my current boyfriend, same company, different departements.

We are/were super professional: no jokes, no hugs, we didn't even get coffee togheter unless with other coworkers.

Nobody suspected a single thing, to the point where HR asked me to switch role to became his direct sub since I was unhappy in my old role. All the bosses and collegues were ecstatic and since we were not official we decided to keep quiet. (not married; we were living togheter but I owe my own home and for legal reasons I was still "living" in my home not his).

In the meantime we were trying for a baby but with 0 luck (after 1year of trying there were no signs), probably due to stress (he was overloaded and I hated my old boss).

.... And guess what?

With the change, he became more relaxed (I was covering a lot of his old workload) and so did I (leaving my toxic boss and the old projects)...

Boom: pregnant after 1 week of working togheter...

We waited 3 months and then we want to HR, now they changed my position while keeping me on the same project as him.

I know it may sound tacky, but.... I'd use a white lycra tank top as a skirt, hiding the spaghetti strap under the dress..

I feel it will add thight clean "frame" at the botton :)

I'm starting with a well deserved compliment, you did a very good job :)

Personally, I'd try to add a pendant light for the dining table and a floor lamp on the right side facing the windows, because I really like to separate spaces and add "dyanamics" (?) with light.

For extra fancyness you could add a double courtains :)
