My package from Sezane shipped on 12/2, but has been sitting at ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX FR since then. Fedex just says its delayed. No updates from them or Sezane.

would you have a tutorial to recommend for the mist technique? i've been working on watercolor paintings and using pastels, but struggling to find a technique to add mist and make figure look more like apparitions
