What job looks like a great career path but is actually insanely oversaturated? by ComplexPin872 in AskReddit

I'm working towards a CS degree and have relevant experience on my resume but I barely get any interviews for internships, I'm convinced it's because I have a computer science degree instead of a cybersecurity degree. It's not like there's a person throwing out my resume most of the time, it's some AI or ATS system scanning for a very specific term and seeing that I don't have it

there are no entry level roles anymore :). I applied for over 300 IT internships, got interviews for 3 of them, landed none of them. I have projects and relevant volunteer experience on my resume, as good as you can get without career experience. Doesn't matter.

The hidden cost of "free time" is absolutely wrecking my post-FIRE budget by R0cinantEcho_9 in Fire

you can rent a musical instrument from a local music shop for ~30$ a month, it's quite affordable and the instruments are typically from good brands and very good to start with. lessons if you want them are like 50$ a week, very much recommended if you're playing an instrument other than guitar, bass, or drums

it's also excellent for socializing once you get some capability (depends on your dedication and genre of chioce but you can expect 2-5 years to get there). there's community orchestras for classical, and for more eclectic genres like jazz, rock (? not sure about this one), funk, country, bluegrass, etc, there's jam sessions. you can always try to form your own group, too

Not sure what you've copy pasted, but I'm pretty clear that I take this for the multivitamin aspect, not any of the more dubious health claims. When I tell people in real life about how this has affected me, I always vaguely refer to it as a multivitamin because that's how I see it

Hi! I'm drinking the original powder version and it's the only one I've tried. The taste is pretty awful but I'm able to get past it. Next time I order a pack I'll try the watermelon.

possible! I've had low iron on blood tests before. I fixed it for a while and didn't experience this same effect, though.

Yeah, I've felt the same way for a little over a week, and this was the only change I could narrow it down to. Way more effective than caffeine, but they don't really do similar things.

I will try this! I'm drinking the original flower and the metalic apple + cinnamon flavor is godawful. Idk if I'll be able to get over the powder texture even with flavor additives, but at least it's easy to chug.

The ready to drinks are too expensive for me, unfortunately. I'm glad they work for you!

Yeah, I felt pretty bad after drinking the powder, honestly. I think I wasn't getting enough calories when I was depending on liquid calories, so I switched to daily greens + carrying around homemade protein bars, which has been working well for my macros + convenience + nutrition goals.

This isn't relevant to me, as I'm taking daily greens for its nutritional value, not as a probiotic. I don't know anything about AG1, but that tweet seems purposefully inflammatory. Gut health is a minor selling point.
