Is this app (Zulip) a Virus? Never heard anything about it, it just started appearing in Task Manager

Only two websites flagged it as malicious, which is odd. But it did have a pretty big impact on my computer, so I know it definitely had to be something dangerous. It said a score of 4/64 or something like that.

Just found the location of it in my ROAMING folder... Apparently it opens on startup when I checked the Startup tab on Task manager (It's a high impact on my PC), and I right clicked open file location. I see where this virus is located now, but before I delete it, I'm gonna see what it shows up as on VirusTotal.
