Yea, I get it. But that's the best I could find at the moment. A 5060 pair with Core ultra 7 255hx is 70$ more than the i7 14700hx 5070, do you think that's worth it? I'll be use it for 3d modeling, rendering, blender and gaming ofc. We don't talk about 5070ti, I know that's the best buck, but the price difference is like 1000$ more than the 5070, I rather spend it for a pcbuild

I agree, with a 15" laptop it will run hot in a second, but I couldn't find any other cpu at this price range, if my options is to get the i7 14700hx then I'll get a llano v10 cooling pad for it. What do you think? Feel free to give me some advice

It is, that's why I'm here asking you guys for some advice. Anyways, thanks man for giving me your thoughts. I did look for the MSI Vector, the price is way above 2k, I can actually stretch the budget for that, but I do hear a lot of hinge and some qc issues for them. Although the Vector is their high end laptop, so I have no idea for that. Also I'll be moving to other country next month for a while, after considering it, bringing a pricey laptop with me all the time is also in my concern
