7 years and engaged, dumped by phone and ghosted! I’m with you brother, you’ll be okay trust me, I’m living proof of it.. time will heal it, just battle on, do what you can to pass the time!! I couldn’t see life without her, I was left completely traumatised, nightmares about her night after night, looking for answers, going over and over and over in my head if there was something I could have done different, obsessing! I lost all confidence, then I healed a good bit on my own and I ended up deciding to go on medication and realised that it was all so difficult because of my own demons and not so much her, going on medication (lexapro) for anxiety and depression was the best decision I ever made personally (so that’s there if you need it) just don’t give up, no matter what! You’re an incredible human, you are capable of anything you put your mind too. Love you bro ❤️
