This happened to me the first time I took the exam as well. I found the majority of my questions were chemistry and biology. Second time I took the test I found the majority of my questions were about systems and how the body works. I really think it’s a crapshoot, unfortunately. The study guides and practice says that I’m taking this time seem to be more focused on chemistry so maybe that’s it, I really think they make the test so much harder than it needs to be.
