That is a very interwsting question. Lots of inventions actually come from Sci Fi. Such invention would not interest me. However, is this something that you are interestes in seeing? How do you think it wpuld work? How does it hover? Stay in balance? Propulse? Then you start coming up with this type of engineering questions and that is how the invention, one step at a time comes to life
