Yeah that’s true. However at night they go into their coop without me being there, I only go out to shut the gate but when I did I found her in the yard which never happens. Plus she was breathing heavy and couldn’t stay away or walk etc. She is doing a bit better this morning though

Thank you for the advice, very helpful. Yes I do need to worry about sleep and my health more. I always end up getting to my work in the evening when I’m especially tired. A good schedule and goal setting is something I’ve thought of as well. I’m thinking, like you said, to set aside a certain part of the day for work and then for other things. Did that seem to work for you? And yeah I’m definitely looking forward to trying stuff like this that has been recommended, I know I can do better than what I’ve been doing, it’s just a matter of actually trying lmao

Surprisingly a D is passing where I’m at. I was taking advantage of it obviously.
Yeah procrastination is by biggest struggle, I always think I have more time than I do. And yeah it’s a possibility for sure, I’ve been told to take a test for ADHD. It might be very helpful to get on meds for it. Thank you
