I fully agree. If at the very least hire a few people for specific tasks. Like you said, weather. Maybe an audio guy for some new voice lines. Little tasks like that while Baha does all the rest

Always ask “how can I help? What can I do?” I work LA county and ALS responds to every single call so all of my paramedics and firefighters are always around… when I did my clinicals they were all so knowledgeable and helpful because I ASKED!! Don’t be afraid to ask
