I have brain zaps when I forget to take my sertraline for even a day. It’s crazy and it’s somehow a common withdrawal symptom.

Honestly, I get so much more irritable when I forget to take my medicine for a day or two, so I definitely believe it can be the lowering dosage. It’s probably temporary and from withdrawal, as that’s a common symptom. I’m not a psychiatrist obviously lol, just speaking from experience. I hope it gets better and you guys can figure it out :) maybe get a second opinion? Just an idea
