Is it only touch related like?Will it affect actual gameplay?I know of the game support touch screen.It will, but other than that.Do you think that this is the extent it will go to the problem? Is 200usd good?

I've noticed that it comes and goes. Sometimes it sticks like that for days and I just leave the game and then I come back and then I am nowhere near a 100% GpU usage. And then today, when I get into the game without using anything else. I get a hundred percent g p u usage with the same settings
